When you feel FEAR, you are compelled to fight, flight or freeze. When faced with a physical threat it helps you avoid physical pain, injury and potentially death. That’s a very good thing! Thank you fear! However, a fear reaction triggered by perceived threat vs. real threat OR triggered to self-protect from emotional pain is proven to do you much more harm than good. Why? It closes you off from effectively engaging with people & situations which negatively impacts your personal well-being, relationships, experiences & results – at work & at home.
When you feel LOVE you move toward its source. It opens you up to people & situations which positively impacts your personal well-being, relationships, experiences & results – at work & at home.
This workshop takes you on an exploration of how these two states of being have impacted your life and provides guidance to help you fear less and love more.
