Contrary to popular belief, emotions are not something to fear, contain, ignore or impulsively act out. They are important messengers that when acknowledged, accepted and listened to, act like an internal guidance system that helps you create a personal and professional life YOU love.

Emotional Intelligence (EI) refers to the way you use emotional information to navigate your life. It directly (positively or negatively) impacts: how you feel about yourself; your effectiveness at work & at home; the types of interactions you have with others, the quality of your relationships; and the effectiveness of your problem solving & decision making.

This potentially life-changing workshop develops your ability to: use your emotions in a constructive way; be responsive vs. reactive; and, cope with & bounce back from difficult situations.
