This workshop will empower you to take charge of your own happiness. It will help you: reclaim your autonomy; set & maintain healthy boundaries; and, begin developing the confidence & courage you need to live YOUR life on your terms – no one else’s.

  • explore the Cause & Effect Model learn how to manage your behaviour in an empowering & constructive way

  • self-assess the current strength of the key attributes & skills essential for being the leader of your life

  • explore the key reasons why we give our personal power away and learn how to reclaim it

  • engage in a series of activities using tools & techniques designed to help you:

    • focus your energy on controlling the “controllable” factors in any situation

    • identify your core values & priorities

    • be mindful and make conscious choices to get the results you really want

    • define & maintain healthy boundaries

    • identify & express your needs assertively

    • get comfortable being uncomfortable

    • ask for & accept help

    • say NO in a positive & constructive way

    • transform your self-limiting in to self- empowering beliefs
